Do not go here. Uses predatory sales practices to take advantage of senior citizen patients with dementia. They took a biopsy from my grandma and she got staph on the wound. At follow up they showed no concern. Sleazy operation. Zero stars.

6/29..Just went in this week and have always been satisfied. Everything went well this time too except that the technicians and staff were NOT wearing masks. We are in the middle of a major pandemic and I was alarmed. The doctors and PAs were wearing them but no one else.

Found out office staff are not required to wear masks (optional, not mandatory), so I will not be scheduling an appointment until Dr. Sassmannshausen takes the ongoing threat of COVID-19 more seriously. Incidentally, FW Derm requires masks and escorts patients to the exam rooms immediately after check-in.

Haven't seen Sassmannshausen in years. He's running a production line staffed by Paras and PAs. Treatment is way too aggressive, creating abscesses for a simple bc on a 74 year old patient who's going to die of something else long before bc takes its toll. Oh, and before they check you out, they take you to their Spa where they try to peddle a bunch of overpriced screen blocks. Lots of dermatologists in Fort Wayne. Pick a different one.

I 've sent 3 friends to jeff..1 was desperate had been to 7 drs..needing to find help for serious skin problem..3 yrs ..jeff concocted a medicine that had to be made special...3 wks.later he's all good..all raves from my friends always does his own followup calls personaly..excellent
