Dr. Harts refusal to approve medication withholding due to liability issue has caused my father undo and extra constant pain. I will say that I doubt he sent it personally to another doctor his staff did and he needs to take responsibility for it. No wonder people want to take doctors to court. Left many request for him to call me but that never has happened. I will find another doctor in the future since I find him unavailable and uncaring.
