Ease of scheduling! Very thorough and pleasant doctor, always listens to concerns and takes the time needed to answer all questions! Staff is amazing. Very accommodating and will work to solve any issues that arise!

The appointment was pretty much on time. Things were explained well. Some changes needed to be made but Samantha said Registration had to make one change and she would make the other. Amy ended up making that change. Appreciated that a follow up is scheduled within 4 weeks but will be done telehealth/telephone. Hoping the medication will be the solution to my symptoms. Thank you. This is from my follow up appointment via telehealth call. Initial call of day went as planned 8:05am). Second and third call never happened in the morning. I had to call their office at 1:10pm. Someone had called off but no one was assigned to my case. Finally got a call from Samantha who went over vitals and forwarded on to Dr. He called me about 2:00 (his original time was to be at 11:00am). After his telecall, Samantha called back to verify details and set next appointment. Was disappointed with this particular days events. Dr was running behind. Pleased wi the 97% iseage on cpap. I was still have some issues with dreams, flinches and twitches. Just going to double med for now. May be additional option available. There was some confusion with getting the reorder for RX. Am to call I two weeks with how doubling dose with sleeping then set up 3 months for next in person appointment. Still have been keeping log of nighttime incidents. He didn’t get a chance to read this last batch before appointment. My visit on 8/22/23 was one of the best ones with Dr Rodriguez. He had an aide who logged the appointment. I got to see the actual CPAP report and Dr explained it. All I’ve ever been told before has been my usage percentage. Dr gave me a copy for my records. I do have a slight concern over the increase in my medication. I will be delaying the start of this as I start another new med on 8/25, so we want to make sure any side effects will be tracked separately from each med. I’m to log start date and any changes. Old for two weeks and drop copy off for nurse Amy. Next follow up in six months but have to wait till they contact me on five months for that appt. I still don’t know how they operate with not being able to schedule patients that far out. Illy just wait till they contact me.

I met with Dr. Rodriguez and his staff about an up coming surgery on my lung. He was thorough and explained everything to me, is also working together with my cardiologist for this surgery. I felt relaxed, and felt good about everything.

Video appt? Really?! It took me months to get an appt, they can't book out 6 months but made the appt out for so long, it was ridiculous. Hated it.
