I'm giving it one star because I cannot rate it zero stars! My father has been there only a few days and I have had absolutely nothing but trouble. They are not concerned about the patients and if your loved one complains about their care the facility will tell you they are lying. I'm transferring him out and they have been reported to State Board of Health.

My mom did rehab here and we had an excellent experience! Very clean, everyone was friendly and responsive to my moms needs. Would recommend for rehab!!

Facility only cares about the money not the patients. Do no use a trust account as the facility will hold it hostage from the family. Picture of the community bathroom, less than impressed. Uses alot of agency nurses and the agency nurses will wear flip flops instead of closed toe shoes. We had to provide toilet paper to family member because management said the toilet paper was in central supply however no one had access to central supply Family member has multiple items stolen from room during covid-19. Nursing facility is owned by Daviess County Hospital.
