Dr Zapinkski treats my sleep apnea. She explained my treatment and answered my questions kindly & clearly. Her prescribed respiratory therapy has improved my condition and improved my overall health. I can easily recommend her to anyone.

I've been a patient of Dr Zapinski for over 5 years now. She is the absolute BEST neurologist I have ever had. Not only is she very skilled and educated, her bedside manner and communication are the BEST I have ever had from a neurologist. She has a wonderful personality and treats not only me but my family amazing! I highly recommend her!

I called her Franklin office and tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient after an American Health Network sleep study was done. Her staff kept interrupting me, talking over me, did not want to here what I was asking or telling her, did not want to answer my questions or tell me how far out an appointment would be. Just an extremely rude, somewhat belligerent staff person.So I Went to Dr. Wilson in Avon 3 week wait, extra 45 min drive, but nice staff and Dr. to deal with. Her loss!

I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Zapinski recently. I waited about 3 minutes in the waiting room and then about another 2 or 3 minutes on the doctor to see me. I know that it is unrealistic to think it is always that fast but it was sure nice to be seen that fast at least once. She spent plenty of time with me making sure we both understood what was going on and making a plan.What a fantastic Doctor! Great beside manner and very thorough.
