No courtesy calling available. The person eho calked to schedule was not real friendly. Scheduling did not let me know that the mamogram imaging had moved to a new address. However, my experience with the persons at the imaging facility were fine, especially the mamogram tech. She was awesome!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Basically, if you go to the ER get ready to wait 15-20 minutes even if you come in with a dog bite. After they do the bare minimum treatment wise, get ready to receive not one, not two, but three different bills from them for your one day of service. Do yourself a favor and go to Franciscan if you need an ER.

Staff nice and friendly. Went to emergency room for what I thought was a pinched nerve in the upper center of my back were you cant reach. I live alone and I told them it was to hard to reach that area. but was prescribed lidocaine patch anyway and I can't apply it, what a waste of my money.

Nurses are rude and absolutely have no bedside manor in the ER. Would NOT go to this hospital if I was dying or sick.

Disorganized. Unprofessional. Came to get my scheduled COVID 19 vaccine. Multiple people came by to ask if I had received the vaccine. No communication.

Dr Byerly is the worst doctor I've ever encountered, if you have a true emergency (we did) and he is working, you might as well walk out and get an ambulance to a different hospital. Seeing him is just as good as staying home, actually you would probably take better care of yourself at home than he would.
