I've been a loyal patient 18 years now, but I will no longer be returning do to the fact they have no problem billing you for a visit but are very lazy when it comes to calling in scripts. I'm thankful my life is not based on medication because if it was I would be in bad shape. It doesn't take 4 days to call in prescriptions.

This doctor was busted by the DEA and is as corrupt as they come. He should not be able to give out his medical opinion and actually prescribe medication to anyone. Total fraud stay away

Dr. Francis REALLY care about his patients. He also listen an show hes their for you an will assist me with any illnesses I come in contact with. Glad to have him as my doctor.

Horrible service! Medical assistants are extremely disrespectful! Dr. Onyeukwu is great but his nurse practitioner was very rude to me and my husband. Definitely looking for a new primary care physician. Hate that I have to leave Doc but his office is run by a ridiculously unprofessional staff!

The office staff are friendly and doctor and nurse practitioners listen to what's going on with you and they will do whatever possible to meet your needs

Do not waste your time. Over 2 hour wait and still waiting to see the Dr. Office staff could care less! Facility is dirty and unkept. I definitely will not be back and I would never recommend!

Great Doctor I love him, the nurse practitioner is just as caring. They are great people, very professional and genuinely care about their patients!

The knowledgable physician does not mislead and is quite sensitive to all my concerns and the concerns of my children. At times Dr. Onyeukwu has a thicker accent, so we ask him to repeat! We ask for explanations, and at times we feel like we're in a medical class. Dr. O is the BEST there is. I hope he doesn't plan to retire anytime soon!!! :-)
