In the past, Dr. Kay's office has been easy to reach; however, I have tried for three days to contact the office with no success. There is also no explanation as to why the office is not answering. A short explanation would be nice and helpful.

Dr. Kay listens while I discuss issues, and then discusses some options. He is a caring family physician, and always asks, "Is there anything else?"

I would not recommend Dr. Kay. He didn’t give personal or timely attention to my needs. However, the staff is wonderful.

Dr. Kay and his staff always take plenty of time to listen to my issues. Dr. Kay will even call on his day off if I have a serious issue. Clean, comfortable, accurate. Easy to get an appointment. Reception staff know me by my first name.
