Dr. Kio refused to talk to me as the Healthcare Power of Attorney regarding my father's situation. He was very aggressive and arrogant. When I went to his superiors, they refused to help me with the issue and referred me back to Dr. Kio.

Dr. Kio was extremely aggressive and arrogant. He refused to recognize the Healthcare Power of Attorney that I had for my father. I then contacted his superiors and they referred me back to Dr. Kio.. stating it was Dr. Kio's decision. Very poor customer service!
