Henry Wu's Online Review Report Card

I see Dr Wu every three months. He listens so well. Being a chronic patient since childhood her really takes my opinion into account when making any decisions about my health. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. And that's saying a lot after the number of doctors I've had.

Dr Wu came highly recommended by my PCP. I have to say it was a GREAT recommendation. You know when someone enjoy what they are doing by their knowledge, patience, understanding, and meeting patients expectations and this is Dr. Wu. I had a buion and toe alignment surgery. Right before my surgery Dr. Wu visited with me and set the expectations of the surgery before being wheeled into surgery. When I woke up he was right there to explain to me how everything went and reiterate my next steps. All I could think about was the word pain. I kept thinking this will hurt for awhile and I will surely have challenges. Shocking enough I did NOT experience either. Its been 6 weeks and I am back into shoes, absolutely no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Wu. And might I add would a great staff he has. Very friendly. Thank you Dr. Wu & thank you to your staff for making all my follow up visits smooth!

My husband has been under the care of Dr. Wu for 2+ years. We have been highly satisfied with that care. Dr Wu takes all the time we need on appointments and is very thorough. He discusses all aspects of Mike's condition and how they impact his kidney function. My husband has said on more than one occasion that he wishes Dr. Wu was his physician for all of his conditions. We would highly recommend Dr. Wu.

I accompany my aunt to her appointments with Dr Wu. She has been under his care for about 2 years. We both really like Dr Wu. He is always willing to answer our questions and is friendly and cordial.

I began to see Dr. Wu in 2009 after I had miscarried my baby boy at 6 months while under the care of a different doctor. Dr. Wu was recommended to me by a dear friend of mine. I began to see Dr. Wu after my miscarriage for him to exam me- under his care and when the time was I got pregnant with my second baby boy. I love the fact he actually listened to my concerns and kept me at ease during this pregnancy . Thank you Dr. Wu for helping me realize my dream of becoming a mother by taking care of me.

Nurse practitioner Jamie Wu is excellent! I love her as a professional. She listens, is delicate with pap smears, and cares for her patients' well being. The reason for the 2 stars is that nurse( I can't remember her name) who cut me and left a bruise should not be withdrawing blood from anyone. I should have listened to my instincts and gone to the lab to get blood withdrawn, but I took a chance with her and allowed her to stab me and slice me I could take pain but that was unnecessary! Dr. Wu was really rude and condescending. I'd prefer a doctor who is easier to talk to and explains things a bit better. He seemed to really rush me out and I ended up having to do most of my research online because he was unable to answer the simplest of questions. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking for a nephrologist who is well informed.

Dr. Wu saved my life. I was referred by a friend who has been going to him for 15 years. He recognized a high risk emergency issue for me that was mis-diagnosed by UCLA. He referred me to a high risk specialist immediately, who scheduled me for surgery a few hours later. He performed the best outcome possible for the surgery. The incision was perfect and I will have minimal scarring. If I did not go to Dr. Wu, I'm not sure I would be alive.

Dr. Wu is awesome!!!I had a fibroid and had surgery to take it.This surgery is very likely to be infertile.But now I'M PREGNANT!!!!!I really recommend Dr. Wu! He is a reliable doctor!Also nurse and receptionists are very nice!

This is literally the worst doctor i have ever been do. I understand that i have medical but i am not a young welfare patient and I dont appreciate the way Dr Wu treated me. I actually misdiagonised me two seperate times and is very lucky I have not sued him. He told me I wasnt pregnant not once but twice. The first time was a miscarriage and he was not very considerate in delivering the information. Everytime I have engaged with Dr Wu i have felt insulted belittled and treated as a child who is in trouble for getting pregnant.The second time I was in fact pregnant. Dr told me I had a blightened ovlum and needed a D&amp;C. He told me i would miscarry and there was no need to keep faith in this pregnancy, went in for my D&amp;C and LORD AND BEHOLD THERE WAS A HEARTBEAT. He is a very horrible physician who only cares about treating his own race.
