List of Jiun Kim's Reviews
The nurse has an attitude bigger than her gelatin rear. Yes, the loud one. Dr. Kim you need staff that makes you look good and welcomes patients. Not irritated, attitude filled, poor customer service staff. Your nurse looks like she hates being there but she probably doesn't quit bc no one else will put up with her. I'd have replaced her long ago. She makes your clinic look bad.
Good doctor but a real pain in the rear end staff . I think the girls name is Marybeth I am not sure. Some one needs to train her some phone skills and how to respectfully treats the Docotor's patients. It seems like she wants to do things on her rather than consult with the doctor for answers. I would suggest for her to go to medical school first . Then she can make decisions with confidence.
Thanks for denying my refill on a Friday then closing for the weekend without ever contacting me.
Called & asked for info: Not seeing sick patients these days? What kind of doctor is he?
Couldnt get a refill for hypertension medicine unless i came in - in a pandemic mind you - no virtual visits - heck with that- went online got a great doctor who did a 3 mo refill and even gave me an order for labs. Get with the times- virtual visits will be the norm not the acception - lots and lots of choices - those who dont adapt will be left behind.
I finally got a call back today, because i left several messages over a week. I had to down to the office to get my prescription filled. Bernice called me this and wjen i started to tell her the situation she cut me off to tell me their busy. So ride, i used to love this office. I love the doctors but if the mistake is yours you should not be rude to the patient. I have to look for another office this was so unprofessional.
Dr Kim helps my boyfriend with his opioid addiction by offering a cash service for $100 per session to get his Suboxone refilled. He never works on a plan to get him off of the meds because he is making money off of it. My boyfriend continues to use opioids and is allowed to get his suboxone refilled for when he runs out of pills to avoid withdrawal symptoms. He's just a drug dealer.
Best DANG Doctors and Staff in the whole of the Inland Empire!!!!! From Dr. Kim to, Physicians assistant Jan Song to, Bernie in the back office and everyone in between this is where you will find honest, compassionate, loving, professional, and patient people who care for your child, spouse, significant other, aunt, or Nile, or grandparents as if they were their own. The staff is always amazing and on top of prescriptions, referrals, and Doctors orders. The Dr. and his more then qualified PA,( physicians Assistant) are both men who are compassionate, of faith, and grounded in science. If your looking for a family GP, a personal Dr., or a second opinion then this is the place to be!!!I have been under their care for over 8 yrs. and working with them has given me a better quality of life. And not everyone can say that of going to their doctors. It's worth scheduling a first visit.
I have been here to see Dr. Song (same office) and he is the best doctor I've ever come across, in that he really listens to my health concerns. It is worth the "wait" to see him because he has lots of knowledge in so many things that cure people; vitamins, medicines, treatments, and so on that he always gets to the underlying problem to help me. He is honest, and a serious doctor who has cared for my brother, my son, and me. We are very happy with his services and treatment regimens that have worked miracles. I would refer him!!!
Thank you for all the previous patients who have expressed their concerns that I was also having with the whole office. No follow up with the patients whatsoever. I never received a call on a couple of appt approval confirmations and referrals to other medical facilities I was supposed have been sent to. I called the office on the Monday after my visit on Friday and was told that I will get a call when it's approved. So I decided to wait for the phone call that week, but guess what, still no phone call. On that Friday of that week, I finally called and they said that the referral has already been approved on Tuesday of that same week. Then I asked, why didn't you call me then? They said someone should've called you. I responded, well I didn't get a phone call. I drove to their office that same morning and wanted to talk to someone about why I didn't get a phone call. I showed them my call history on my cell phone which was the contact phone number, and they still couldn't explain why no one called me. Get it together people! How do you expect customers to give you guys a good rating if you guys are providing lousy service? Do you even have an office manager at this facility? If you do not know by now, communication is the key factor in running a successful business. Dr. Kim, I hope you do realize What is really happening between the customers and the staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
