Dr Jaffer kept changing his mind about testing options. Seemed to forget, with my husband’s chart right in front of him, what he had said before. Even in the same office visit, he contradicted himself. Was told by office staff to be at a nurse appointment 15 minutes early.Had to wait in the hall for 10 minutes for the door to get unlocked. Then waited in the waiting room for another 15 minutes while we heard the 6 employees talking and laughing. We were the first appointment of the day and were only there to see the nurse.

I would like to give Dr. Jaffer and his office staff a 5-star rating. I had an extenuating circumstance and the office staff worked to accommodate me in a special way. I appreciate it so much. My procedure with Dr. Jaffer went very well. The staff at McLaren Penn Campus were exceptionally personal and made my time there go very smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend any of them to a prospective patient.

ASGE recommends-changes-in-bowel-preparation-before-colonoscopy Dr. Jaffer should update his prep protocol the Split Dose method. Things have changed and these changes are shown to be better for the patient and the results.

Dr.Jaffee is AWESOME! He actually read over all medical history and promptly diagnosed & treated my grandmother. His background in Internal Medicine makes him a WONDERFUL GI!

Very knowledgeable. Takes practical approach in addressing patient concerns. Takes time to explain. He wrote a book kind of "health manual for idiots" - about basic medical conditions for laymen. Very good book.

Everything went well. Very friendly doctor with good sense of humor in a colonoscopy situation. Procedure done at hospital. Wait time was as you would expect. Not bad experience though.
