I was given an appointment which he had to cancel and was rescheduled. I was unable to go because of having a severe case of Bronchitas then having to be at hospital because my mother was there and in fact was dying and since has. They called me to reschedule and when explaining that I was unsure if a date because not knowing exactly what was going 9n with my mother and any arrangements they were short and seemed unsympathetic to my Mom. I then had an emergency that required the need to see the Doctor. And Dr. CARTER wanted to 3nd seeing me even after the initial cause of this he himself canceled. His office is unprofessional and un organized. I can't explain the dealing with the issues of setting up to see about nerve issues or my sleep apnea. Look for another Doctor. Dr. Carter is not a good one especially integrity.

I was a patient of Dr Carter for over 20 years and my husband, over 18. We had an appointment at 1:40 on Friday. We received a call at 10 to say Dr. had a funeral and had to cancel the appointment. Having canceled a trip to keep the appointment, I reacted badly and asked why I wasn’t called earlier. After being transferred to his nurse, I finally quit ranting and rescheduled the appointment. On Monday morning, I got the mail. We both received letters stating we were no longer Dr, Carter’s patients. We were given 30 days to find a new physician. I know I reacted badly, but this response was totally wrong.

Mainly if you are looking for someone that will give you the time and not rush through and leave, this Doctor is not to be your pick. I would call him rather crude and rude. Communications skills is not his performance.

Dr. Carter is not only an outstanding diagnostician, he fully involves his patients in the treatments that are selected for their particular acute or chronic illness. He respects his patients and is extraordinarily compassionate. He is wonderful!

Dr Carter is awesome ! And so is his nurse. He really does care about his patients. He is very good to my daughters and they love him. Some of my friends and family are also his patients and really like him also! I like that the building has a lab and radiology.
