The greencastle office of cleanslate has been a godsend I have been to many other doc offices for many reasons but I have never felt 100% welcome cared for and listened too I love my girls at cleanslate and thank god for them and how they actually care about my well being. They have went above and beyond for me. I love you guys god bless

This place doesnt try to accommodate you very well when you are without a ride or without medicine I am able to give them a urine screen today but they wont allow me to do a zoom meeting with my dr at at 215 and then come into do my urine test so they can test my negative urine and call in my meds they play with your life I have already relapsed once after 2 years of sobriety because of this place. Its going to end up happening again. I dont have a car my appt are usually on Wednesday night when I have no problem getting a ride ....
