I stopped receiving called from my therapist and med doctor. I've tried reaching out. They just don't care. Terrible service don't go here if you really need help. That's the last thing they'll do for you

More than 1 star only because of Maia and Todd. Phone system for this place is completely horrendous. Everytime I've called there's always been an error or glitch. I've had to call back multiple times just for it to work correctly. The last couple weeks, the number listed on Google just dials and no one answers. Tons of calls to them, for no one to pick. Scheduling calls are supposed to be within 24 hours after an appointment but can sometimes take up to a WEEK for someone to finally call. The psychiatrist, Valery is extremely rude, very transparent with what she's thinking and can say alot of inappropriate statements. Extremely scattered when talking to her clients and even answers phone calls on speaker during sessions. Other patients! I've heard reasons as to why other people see her, this is not confidential! She should not be in this position. I've had her literally argue with me over the phone, has called me crazy, and that I live a sad life. How is this supposed to improve my mental health? I would not be giving this place anymore of time if it wasn't for the amazing support and care that I recieve from Maia and Todd.

I have been client here for over a year and a half. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I see Dana and Kristin regularly and they have helped me so much. Kathy, Lisa and Chris in the office are wonderful. New director Monica is very approachable and helpful. I was a client at Cummins for several years and left because of constant staff turnover and felt like it wasn’t working for me. Grateful for Hamilton Center.

Good with your hours when you have a job. Also I have not run out of my meds since I've been here and I have not felt any type of negativity. this place is peaceful and my doctor is the best doctor I've had this hole time with my mental illness!

Therapists here, no psychiatrists or psychologists... so how could they possibly "treat mental health" with no psychologist s or psychiatrists? They don't they just get cash and give thirty minute "therapy" sessions, woman who does scheduling takes her very dear sweet time to
