I set up an appointment months prior and then was called the week of to tell me that thier quota for my insurance carrier was filled. And then they canceled my apointment without my consent which is illegal. This is not the MDs fault but this is a huge issue with his staff and management. You all need to get your acts together.

He is very personable but my first couple appointments, he talked and joked almost the entire time. The first visit, he didn't even ask about my concerns or questions. I had to stop him as he opened the door to leave (he had used up the entire appointment) so I could ask my questions. He also didn't bother to do any research or listen to me about one of my diagnosed illnesses. The two stars I gave are only because he is a nice person and means well, but I won't go back.

Dr. Richard is absolutely phenomenal! Excellent physician, wonderful sense of humor, and is always accommodating! I saw him after my heart attack in 2017 and I will continue to see him!

Dr Richard is the best Dr I have had in 44 years. He takes his time with you and listens. His office staff is caring and very professional. He has the ability to make you laugh even when you feel terrible. Very caring and excellent bedside manner
