Grossly incompetent medical care.
I went into Hancock Regional Hospital for a CT Scan on 6/8/21 and Stacey handled my procedure. She was absolutely excellent. I truly appreciated how she made the process less intimidating. She is very personable and caring and she took the extra time to explain the procedure in detail. Thank you Stacey, you are the best!
02Jun21: NP X-Ray facility...My service from Bev in the NP X-Ray unit was Excellent from checkin to release. Bev demonstrated dedication to making the patient comfortable from the beginning, explained the procedures to be done, and was a great listener for any questions... confidently providing answers immediately. This is definitely an Excellent rating for a lovely lady who enjoys her occupation and superb caring concerns for the patient. Thanks to Bev for the well-wishes, and maybe I won't need more x-rays soon, but certainly will come back to NP if necessary. v/r
Recently I had my annual mammogram done by BEV and was shown the courtesy, respect and good care I am used to at this facility. Thank you so much for taking time to be pleasant, helpful and caring.
I would highly recommend to Hancock Regional Hospital that they sell their interest in Great Lakes of Dyer if they still are the current owners. It is evident that health professionals located in Greenfield, Indiana are not interested in the healthy welfare of clients in their care in Dyer, Indiana. The errors that are occurring are illegal and can result in prison time. CNAs do not answer call lights in a timely fashion. Imagine some having a heart attack & the cnas do not come until 30 minutes later. I highly recommend that you try to correct the errors at this location of people that have given you reviews before it is too late. Videos of CNAs who work the midnight shift who are sleeping or gossiping on their cell phones and don't respond to call lights in a timely fashion have been taken. Do something about it before it's too late if you are truly health care professionals!!!
Had an MRI done this morning by Dave. Excellent service, understanding of my needs and patient with me.
I just had a mammogram and a bone density scan...I had the same tech for both...She was sweet, helpful, and competent...My one issue was that with my widespread arthritis, she didn't seem to understand that it would take me lot longer to respond to her requests for positioning..I would not hesitate to use her again, but I would explain more clearly to her that I understood her requests, but just needed more time to make the adjustments in position...
Everytime I come here I am waiting an hour for my appointment, even though I am always early .Am getting so tired of this place and they are really not helping me.
I have now received a bill from 2 separate collection agencies for the wrong service date for an identical amount. The financial department does not return phone calls. I was not treated or seen. I rode in an ambulance after a car accident. I settled one debt with RMP LLC, one of their collection agencies. They will not provide a receipt or remove the account from my credit report.
Check in was so easy. Jada was so nice and very helpful. My ultrasound performed by Carrie, was so easy, she makes you very comfortable, she has a super personality. I was very pleased with my visit.Thank You, Jada and Carei.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
