Dr Chase diagnosed my brother with a fatal disease...and the Very next day their office calls to inform him they could no longer see him because they were not in his network. After he asked them more than once if they were in his network, because he didn't want to lose Dr Chase as his neurologist..and they told him they were. Our hearts were just broken over the diagnosis...then it was like..sorry bout your luck, see ya. No advice, no referrals for a new doctor, nothing. And to top it off, the woman that called was rude to him. I realize doctors don't work for free, but the way it was handled was wrong. Grow a heart Dr Chase &/ or his staff. No stars from me. Shame on you :(

Horrible! Dr Chase seems knowledgeable, but more like throw a pill at the problem and go. His nursing staff never calls you back. I use the email online chart function, no one emails me back. I have to call 3 or 4 times to even get an answer on SERIOUS issues. NOT HAPPY. They do not care about you.

Have been a patient for over 20 years. Has been a very good doctor for me. He usually listens well & office is prompt on refilling medications. Once in awhile he rushes me thru but he does have other patients & also has to see patients at hospital too. Very nice staff & helpful getting my disability filed. Would recommend to most. Have recommended him to many other people over the years. Most of them have been very satisfied with their level of care. Only one person was very dissatisfied.

After reading comments on here I was sceptical but I was referred to Dr. Chase, so I went. Dr. Chase was EXCELLENT! I had an EMG of both legs and that is not a comfortable procedure at all, and he was so thorough and descriptive and explained each step. He was very matter of fact and up front with me when he explained the outcome. He was personable and I was very pleased and comfortable during my visit. Thank you Dr. Chase!

I would not recommend Dr. chase to my worst enemy. He was very rude to me. He belittled my complaints and made me feel dumb. He ignored my symptoms. Saying they weren't important. I waited over an hour for him to spend five minutes with me. Will never go back.

He is a jerk, does not listen and take time to find out what is wrong. He seemed "ok" the first appointment and ordered testing, but the next visit back he seemed to give up and not want to take the time with me. My last visit, he was rude, rushed, and a total lack of care. He is fired, I'm finding another doctor who will want to take the time and look into my health issue.
