I 100% agree with the previous review since they are now under the Ossip name the service is horrible. Doctor Titus is the best and has seen many generations of my family. From my grandparents, my father and his brother, my brother and for a short period of time my children. All of my family has stopped going to see Doctor Titus, not because of his service, but the lack of compassion and respect in the front office and with the techs that give you the various test. Your are nothing but a number to the Ossip organization. I wish you the best Doctor Titus. You ALWAYS did what's best for your clients.

This place used to be great when it was Greenwood Family Eyecare. Since they've merged with Ossip, the customer service is horrible. I've had a few bad experiences with them now over the past year. No one seems to know what anyone else is doing and they blame issues on past employees. not very professional. The actual doctors are great, but the staff is horrible. They have so many employees now it's like being shoved through an assembly line when getting an exam. So far this year I've had 2 seperate times someone was supposed to call me and never did. I had to call them back. I had glasses sitting there for a week and no one called to let me know they were in. I only found out by calling them. I've also had a glasses order lost and blamed on a past employee. The pricing is going through the roof as well. I've been a customer of Greenwood Family Eyecare since 1984. This is all very sad to see. If I'm going to get cold service I may as well go to one of the cheaper places so at least I'm not paying overpriced fees for nothing special.

The optometrists are good, but the front desk staff and op-tech Suzi are very unprofessional & rude. My family now goes to an optometry office with friendly staff and professional etiquette.
