Dr Barina and staff REFUSED to give an established patient (my disabled son) a bridge prescription for glaucoma when we had to move 145 miles away due to an abusive situation. Although stable, without these eye drops, he could potentially loose his eye in a matter of days thanks to their blatant disregard for a patient's care.

Following cataract surgery done at another eye clinic in Indianapolis, I've had several complications. I went to Indiana Eye Clinic for help because it is closer to home and I didn't trust the other clinic anymore. I have seen four different ophthalmologists at Indiana Eye Clinic and each one has been very good. Dr. Barina was pleasant, kind, and listened carefully to my concerns. She explained her diagnosis to me clearly. I was very impressed with her and appreciated her care.

I was totally impressed with the way this Doctor and staff took care of my wife and I on our first visit. Took time to listen and answer all our questions. We are looking forward to many years of care from this Doctor and staff.

Referred when a mystery eye condition could not be diagnosed by 2 eye doctors after 5 visits. Kept me waiting TWO HOURS & spent 2 minutes looking at me. Diagnosed blepharitis -- which apparently is what she sees/diagnoses most, which I find odd given that she specializes in laser surgery. I also find it odd that blepharitis is so common, yet as a surgeon she diagnoses so much of it & of course the only treatment is this very expensive medication she prescribes. She didn't care & blew me off.

She is friendly and helpful. She listens to you without rushing and makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. I appreciate doctors who are respectful and thorough in their exam.

I visited the Plainfield location on an emergency basis. I called and had an appointment within 90 minutes. Upon arriving, I was seen quickly before I even had paper work filled out. The office was clean, everyone was friendly, and the treatment was fast. Dr. Barina was professional and compassionate. I have been satisfied with my usual eye care, but I am considering changing!
