Highly recommend
Jennifer at the front desk is just the sweetest person, so kind and helpful. She really made a difference in my day! Thank you!
Great the staff are very kind and easy going. They are very good at what job they perform, the new eyes are 1000% between night and day. I wish everybody could see the great difference this center can help you with. Brad Huddle Pilot Thank you
this was not a good experience, they said the procedure would take 20min & we were there 9hours, thats un acceptable & totally unprofessional, i hope im never needing to go here again
In my case, they were very punctual in calling me and the doctor saw me. They fixed my old glasses, and I was very happy. I already have my next appointments scheduled because I liked the service.
Be very cautious! I went for an annual diabetes and cataract screening. They charged me for a contact fitting and prescription which I never received. The billing department will do nothing but tell you you have to pay. No help will be available. Save yourself an unexpected bill and go somewhere else.
Although the staff does a great job they overbooked patience every day. My wife and I spent 7 hours there for lens replacement surgery. I have been going there for over 10 years and the wait time has never improved. It was pretty hard for my wife to go without water or food for that length of time.
Used to be an outstanding place for all sorts of eye care. It has really gone downhill in the last few years, with long waits, short visits, and staff that don't seem to care.
They need to review how they schedule my husband and I were there for over two and half hours before being seen. I am not blaming the staff or the doctors, but something needs to change or we are going to look elsewhere and we really do not want to leave our doctor, but the scheduling is awful and I'm not saying its the ladies up front, it may just be adjustments in your scheduling program. Also Communication helps!
On upon my first visit there I found there waiting room to be cold and sterile they expect the person that is there with you to sit for 2 or more hours waiting for you to complete your surgery they don't offer coffee there's no vending machines of any kind to facilitate someone sitting out in their waiting room there's no magazines it is I've never seen any place like this and to continue back they have to have a ivy inserted The personnel there are totally incompetent as far as finding a inserting a needle into your vein!!!! While in a second waiting room after having my eyes dialed at city with other ladies that were getting ready that had gone through there first eye surgery their arms were black-and-blue because they allowed these people to try repeatedly to insert a needle into their veins it was just brutal so therefore I cannot recommend anyone attending this Facility due to the lack of training evidently in They're employees,

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
