List of Cleanslate's Reviews
Ive been comin here for 3 months. The past 5 weeks have been complete hell dealing with these people... All my urine screens are clean And once again waiting for them to right there wrongs 3rd week in a row....
They definitely aren’t in a hurry just sitting around talking and laughing with each other
Love the staff and providers
I cant speak for everyone but for me this is a scary thing to deal with. I was amazed at how easy and comforting this experience has been . I cant thank you enough.
Everybody at Clean Slate from the front desk to the back are all kind and considerate and compassionate and are very understanding of our situations and I find them to be very knowledgeable and kind I cannot express kind
Front desk receptionist is the BOMB She is the sweetest ever and ALWAYS has you in and out The docs are amazing too I’ve NEVER had any issues with ANYTHING They are amazing here and actually care about the care they are providing
The chick at the front desk is. Very disrespectful. The doctors are great very warm welcoming and caring but the front desk literally is making me go 3 days without meds for a mistake on 30 minutes in time. I dont think she understandscares or grasps the fact that. Leaving someone who was previously addicted to drugs without medication can cause them to turn backwards and go get high by blocking you from getting the only thing that keeps you from possible relapse and death. Over a simple mistake. And Ive seen people late be taken in before with. No problem
This place helps in everyway they listen and super nice. They help with comfort meds they do all they can to make sure you get what you need. Love this place and the staff
I cant say enough how grateful I am for everyone in this office. I was treated with respect and kindness.
So before I write this review I want to mention that I am employed with a local Suboxone doctor. I have been going to clean slate in Greenwood for a little over a year and four months. I could not make my appointment one week so they scheduled me out four days and they refused to call me in a bridge script for four days of medication. They offered to give me comfort meds. Let me also mention that I am a patient who has had no relapses since I’ve been a Pt here I have always came in when they called me for random pill counts or random drug screens and mind you I have always had the correct amount and passed my drug screen. The only reason I kept going to this office while I worked for a Suboxone doctor was because I didn’t like change and I thought it would be a hassle to change things. If I was not in the place I am now in my recovery I would have relapsed during those four days without medication. I made my medication last for four days at a way lower dose . I understand it’s a controlled substance but I feel like this clinic is not worried about their patients like they should be. I understand that addiction treatment requires strict and steady rules and policies. I feel like the longer you go there and the longer you’re doing good they should reward you for that other than coming once a month. Life happens and sometimes we can’t make our appointments and I feel like they should make an accommodation to keep us on track by giving a bridge script. I can understand there are people who will try to abuse it but it should only be for certain patients who have met certain criteria. I know addiction is a tricky field sometimes but that should not be a reason to not help people out if their appointment has to be rescheduled in four or five days. I’m sorry but I’m not going to pick up comfort meds because they refused to call me in some medication that will literally save a life. I have been thoroughly upset with his company since December and I’m so glad I switched. Clean Slate is a joke. There are some really great providers that I’ve actually became friends with. One of them actually left the facility and I’m friends with her. My suggestion to clean slate to do better is maybe reward your long time consistent sober patient with a little bit more than only coming once a month and try to understand that life happens and literally No one wants comfort meds unless they’re ready to completely taper off. So I suggest maybe adjust your policy to let certain patients get a bridge script if they have to reschedule. I don’t know that’s my suggestion because that’s what my employer does for his reliable consistentsober patients and I think it’s a really great idea to keep patients around because you just lost a patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
