I have been extremely impressed by the care I’ve received. Dr. DePowell is a top-notch and caring surgeon, and the staff have always been efficient and friendly.

The dr answered all my questions. They were on time. The dr was very nice and informative.

Everyone was very pleasant with very little waiting. Loved Dr. DePowell as well as the other people. Anxious to see if I can do without surgery but feel comfortable if I do have to have surgery.

Very informative to what was going on with me. Had issues and they were able to move my appointment up immediately and get me in the next day and they reviewed my MRI and moved my appointment up!!!

After traveling 2 hours to the office, I was told my appointment was not until the 21st. Upon discharge from the hospital following surgery, the appointment card I was given had a date of April 12th. Luckily, Dr. DePowell was in the office and was able to work me into his schedule for which I am extremely grateful. First I saw his PA, Mr. Michael English, who did a wonderful job answering my numerous questions and did not seem bothered by my need for great clarification on some things. I then saw Dr. DePowell who reiterated what his PA and I had discussed. He explained that I would have to return in 2 months time and x-rays would be done at that point to see how well things are coming along. Both Michael and Dr. DePowell have fantastic bedside manner and I left there feeling confident that I am in excellent hands. I think I was blessed to be referred to Dr. DePowell at Goodman Campbell and have already referred a couple of my friends who have severe back problems to him. Thank you so much for helping me and for taking time to see me today. I appreciate you and your group so much!!!!

The staff in general was very friendly, with very little wait time to be seen. Dr. DePowell was very professional and articulate in describing my issues along with the proper treatment he recommended.

I am truly grateful to Dr. de Pol for his work with my herniated disc, mainly for his skill at the operating room, but also for his unusual ability to listen to my explanation of my symptoms before and after the surgery. My recovery was taking longer than I expected due to the severity of my nerve damage. During the follow up visits he explained the reasons and gave me insights of how to improve it, and following his suggestion my recovery is mostly complete.

First visit was today, and it was very informative. I appreciated my doctors genuine concern and potential solutions to my issues. The staff and nurses were very nice. The building itself was very nice also. Great job to whoever asked for the higher sitting seats. Highly recommended brain and spine office.
