The administrative staff are just okay. Shelby scheduled my appt. She was abrupt, would not let me speak. She would just cut me off. I realize she has a job to do, but being curt and abrupt are not what I expect of a professional practice. The person who scheduled my next appt. was very nice and professional. Dr. Murphy appeared to be knowledgeable and he explained everything about my procedure in a very matter-of-fact way. It felt cold and indifferent. His nursing staff were 5 stars. It is upsetting to learn you may have cancer, regardless of the stage or how minor it may be. Some genuine empathy would have gone a long way.

Dr Murphy is the best. He performed surgery on my nose to remove skin cancer. He’s an artist in opinion, No scar or evidence of surgery is visible. I would recommend him all the way.

I came there because I was afraid of losing my hearing as I had chickenpox. The doctor just took a look at my ear and didn't know what was happening and referred me to do a hearing test with an audiologist. The office called me later to cancel the appointment because they were afraid of me spreading chickenpox. I ended up finding a different doctor and started from scratch. I got a bill of $641 later on!!! Does this doctor have any mercy??

Probably a good surgeon but horrible bedside manner. Needs a class on listening and pleasantness. Dr Murphy gives the impression that to answer your questions are beneath him.

Dr. Murphy is the best EVER!! I had vertigo and he was extremely helpful!!! Very smooth with the different techniques to help get rid of this awful condition.
