I had an arthogram MRI of my hip at the Greenwood, IN location today. Dr. Gaerte was the doctor who did the arthogram and he was awesome. His assisting nurse was also wonderful. They put me at ease and the pain was very minimal - and much less than I had expected. I’m very thankful for excellent healthcare providers like this!

Reading the reviews I was a little worried about coming here. When I first walked in the front office staff were very pleasant. The CT technician was amazing. Overall I had great service.

Concerned they arent disinfecting as they should. After changing they were gonna send in another person to change without cleaning. I had to say something to them about disinfecting the room first. Never saw anyone wiping anything down after people sat in chairs or touched door knobs... but staff was friendly to me..

I've probably gone to the Greenwood cdi at least a dozen times. Staff is always been friendly and professional

Horrific customer service. Only care about getting their pay. Don’t care about the patient. The 2 women at the front desk were absolutely rude when I visited and rude when I called. Entire office refuses to pick up the phone and fails to call back within 24-48 hours when leaving a voicemail. Withholding MRI report from my neurologist as I sit in the office for my follow up appointment to discuss MRI results. Absolute joke of an office. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Refuses to comply with ADA requirements for a reasonable exemption to the fetish mask policy. Even when contacted by lawyers, explained the federal law, and my wife offered any number of reasonable workarounds--first in, or last in, or directly back to the exam room (Where masks are not allowed anyway). Their office manager is a Karen who will hang up on anyone needing a medical exception, and apparently their corporate office is, too.Note that nothing in federal or state law, or state emergency orders, requires a mask, and all make specific exemptions for medical needs. This is simply a policy they've adopted, in violation of the above.

Unbelievable that this center will not accommodate a person with disabilities and PTSD in this day and age. Terrible decision.

I was called to come into the office today to have my MRI read at 10:45 am. I arrive at 10:50 am and they said my appointment was at 10:30 am. I said no, the guy said 10:45 am and that is what I put down on my calendar. They asked the doctor to see me and he said I would have to reschedule. Such poor service.
