I took my daughter to have her eyes checked after some changes in her vision while driving. Our experience from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left was amazing. The front office staff members were kind and welcoming. The tech who took photos and helped get things prepared for Dr Hoffman was engaging and sweet and Dr Hoffman blew us both away with her complete engagement with my girl. She was funny and personable and yet very professional. The woman who helped my daughter look for glasses was patient and went above and beyond to help her feel her best. I am so glad we found their office and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of eye care. Thank you for excellent service!

I've been going here for years...and was always happy. I'm not exactly sure what's happened, but for the last two visits they just couldn't get my prescription right. I'd order computer glasses and they would arrive with a long distance focal point. Next, I'd order driving glasses and they would arrive with the focal point a few feet away. There were other issues too. I was always professional...but frustrated with how things had been going. I requested a follow up visit at their different office and before my scheduled appointment...they sent me a "you're no longer a patient" letter that said "we can't seem to please you". I was shocked. They didn't even want to see the glasses that were wrong...their policy is to tell you "just wear them for awhile and see if you get used to them". I told them that was insulting and wearing them wouldn't change the fact that they were not made correctly. I found another provider in Greenwood and everything went great. I had my wrong glasses with me and the doctor asked to see them. She walked away with them and returned after testing them saying "these glasses are not correct...you wouldn't be able to see with these".

Love love love this group of providers. I’ve been a patient here for 4.5 years and have always been thoroughly listened to and have never left with questions unanswered. I recently called with a question because I was wrongly diagnosed by an urgent care with a stye and I wasn’t sure how long I should give antibiotics to work since my symptoms were worsening. I called and spoke with someone who relayed my concerns to Dr. Harvey. They called back 20 minutes later and suggested I be seen by them or my primary care for preseptal cellulitis. I was able to get in with my primary care the next morning, and sure enough, that’s what it was. Had it not been for Dr. Harvey suggesting I look into that, I would’ve continued the incorrect treatment and could have possibly developed a more severe infection. Additionally, I am a contact wearer and have been struggling with dryness for a while. They gave me trials for a few different contacts to see which I liked better. No one has done that for me in the past and I am now able to use my contacts daily without discomfort, all because they took the time to listen and see what worked. Again, I love this group and would suggest them to anyone.

From the staff to Dr Hoffman, I couldn't have asked for better eye care! Dr Hoffman explained every aspect of my eye concerns,( even those concerns I didn't know I had!) No pressure to push new glasses and even gave me my prescription without asking for it! Strongly recommend!

The doctors are great and the staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and they will go the extra mile to help you. We have been going for years and will continue. The same can be said for the Trafalgar branch too.

I feel so fortunate to have found this practice for the care of my eyes. Dr. Hoffman is so thorough and caring and always takes the time to explain my issues with a twist of positivity. The staff here is so kind and accommodating and they do their best to get concerns and questions addressed as quickly as possible.

Visiting from out of state and my daughters glasses frames broke. She had to have specific frames for babies so finding them was impossible. They were very helpful with trying to get frames for us. They even helped us with a temporary fix at no charge.

I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Awful customer service. I scheduled appointment 8/14 for myself and daughters. I called this morning to confirm and get details to find out ... "there's nobody in the office that day to see you." I'm so thankful I called because I heard NOTHING from these people. Thankful I didn't show up there! Scary to think of what could've happened. Yikes. I hope they can do a serious root cause analysis of internal operations.
