Pediatric appointment was cancelled because we didn't check in at the office. e- check in is a convenience, not a requirement. Furthermore, when the doctor is late and making patients wait 20-30 minutes when they show up on time, that's acceptable. When then patient is slightly late, the appointment gets cancelled. Why? For reference the appointment was at 10:20AM, and due to the slow lobby elevator, we arrived at 10:32AM You can be the best doctor in the world, but your policy is completely disrespectful, considering you constantly overbook and make your own patients wait. People are busy working 9-5, just like you. Have compassion rather than being stringent. You get one more opportunity to redeem yourself, and I expect a call from an administrator sooner than later. When I call the office to talk to the front desk, it gets pushed to the survey, and I gave all 1s because you can't reach anyone to even talk about the issues you present for your own patients. Again, you can be 100/100 as a doctor, but your office staff dropping the ball, cancelling patients, and you rushing between patients and still not having enough time for patients is a huge problem. Update: Admin office reached out and apologized and agreed they will try to figure out what happened here. I don't take this Dr. for the kind of person who would accept this from their staff and am very appreciative of the response to the complaint. Who knows they may have had a bad day and I was just unlucky enough to witness it all at once. Let me be clear - Dr. Mohammadi himself is phenomenal, and I updated my rating to reflect him as a provider rather than his front office staffs misstep. Hopefully it will not happen again.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Mohammadi. We are very pleased with his practice. He listens well. He encourages proper diet and health management. We would recommend his services to all patients.

I picked out a Dr. for a friend (that otherwise, would not have done it himself!) I scheduled his appointment, & drove him to his appt. He had a high blood pressure reading & was prescribed meds...That evening, around 9pm, I get a call from Dr. MO, himself, asking me to go & check my friends blood pressure & to call him back because he was worried! Needless to say, he is now my Doctor! Along with my mother & father, my daughter, & a friend of mine sees him as well. He is very attentive, thorough and most of all, it is clear to me that he genuinely cares about his patients.

He is very thorough in his examination. He adressed problems right away. He is extremely helpful. He and his office staff are extremely sweet. He made me feel comfortable right away. He did my referals quickly because they were calling me back the next day for appointments. I've had to switch doctors due to moving and now I'm glad I did because he is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend him!
