Yolanda Rosales's Online Review Report Card

I believe it’s best to try things for yourself. I’m glad I switched over to Dr.Rosales. The office staff is attentive, caring and always helpful anytime I call. Quick response when I have an emergency with my children. I have all good things to say and good energy. Dr.Yolanda & Nurse Practitioner Braggs is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I feel seen when I have concerns. They educate me on whatever I may come in for. I appreciate them both. Both have positive energy. I never had to question if I made the right decision switching my kids Dr. Finding a good Dr is rare. Thankful to have found this clinic!

Made an appointment for a new patient at 8am. I arrive at 745am. You have to play phone tag before coming in. My son has been sick for 3 weeks. Crying non stop that caused me to be emotional and heartbroken. I felt a strong dark cloud of depression coming over my mind and soul. I’ve never felt the way I felt leaving the office. They just brushed it off. I received a voice message from the office about a week later saying they don’t think the office is a good fit for me. Needing to find a DR THAT ACTUALLY CARES. Get to the appointment the front office staff were so rude and condescending. Going to find a better home for my child.

My children's pediatrician left suddenly sometime after Covid hit, and we were left to look for another pediatrician. We went to Dr. Rosales. She was very nice and explains everything thoroughly. My only problem is every time, except for maybe the first time, we take one of our kids in, we wait for an hour. We make an appt, and we sit and wait for an hr, even with the virtual calls, there's a long wait. The 2 or 3 times, my kids were sick and I needed them looked at, it was impossible for them to see them because they were soo booked. Love the dr and the nurse practitioner, but the office needs to do better at booking appointments. They need to make more time for appointments if they're ALWAYS running late. My twins 4 yr check up consisted of them being undressed with a paper gown on in a room with AC for an hour. They're pretty well behaved kids, so they didn't fuss much, but it's ridiculous. Also, right before our last visit, (we were in the parking lot waiting for them to call us in) they decide to tell me that our secondary insurance is out of network now. Why wasn't I informed earlier on? What if that was our only insurance? Pretty disappointed in that. The receptionist said, "someone didn't call you to tell you?" No. The staff needs to do a better job at being organized. Mistakes happen but when someone ends up with a bill because of their mistake, it's not ok. I will definitely be looking for a new pediatrician.

Unprofessional. I felt I was treated differently because of my skin tone. Refused to help my son. They would schedule me an appointment then cancel it and this have happened numerous times. Told me to find my son another provider. He had a very bad outbreak they refused to send him a refill to the pharmacy. Told me to go to urgent care and inactivated my son from their facility.

Best pediatricians I’ve seen! My kids love them!

Went for COVID vaccine so disorganized. Person on phone tells you one thing and outside they are doing something different. You make an appointment and they are never on time

Typically I don't write reviews on anyone BUT this office & their front staff. They never know what is going on , I don't know how many times I have called and had to explain my daughter's problem several times then one of the girl brings up a total different reason which I was NOT calling about. I'm so sick of them & will be looking for a new DR. Cant believe I had to wait 45mins for their office to finally connect to a 2pm video appt , I had to call them & was told well we don't have anyone connect the whole time I was connected WAITING ON THEM.

This office is getting worse i had to explain my kids symptoms like 7 times. The person that answer the phone first i explain and she said wait a moment then the secretary answered had to explain again she said wait for a moment i waited then she answered and like always shes lost and answer abc pediatric how may i help you. I said its the person waiting and she said yes i trying to schedule ok she gets sooo lost. I am tired of this i literally have to wait always and be on the phone for 45 minutes mostly explain and waiting.

Dr Rosales is a caring and knowledgable pediatrician. Plus she's bilingual.
