I’ve been with Dr. Stavens for 20 years for my mother and myself. He is an example of what we wish all doctors would be! He is caring, direct, explains everything patiently and brilliant as a medical professional in every area. I would trust my life and anyone I care about to him and recommend him to all who looks for a doctor in his field !

Excellent Doctor who cares about his patients. Takes the time to talk and listen. As heart problems run in families. He see a lot of my family. We wouldn't want anyone else.

DR. Stavens is a good heart dr. in 2019 I went to ER with trouble and he put a stent in. since then I've had 3 follow ups at his Hanover office. Each has been a bad experience. if you have an appt. at 4 you can expect to see him at 6 for a 5 minutes about eating things that swim and fly. I visited him in February of 2021 and he decided to schedule me for a stress test. this is May and i had an appt. to see him at 455 the office was packed with abut ten people at that time. I didn't get to see him. His help was snooty. I thought i was going to do a stress test. but she said no that I didn't have insurance an it was denied. evidently they didn't try to schedule in February my insurance had changed at the end of March. she blamed me for not notifying them I felt they should of notified me if there was a problem so that I could of gotten it taken care of. the help forgot that patients are customers and they work for us. they hare to comfortable in their jobs

Dr. Stavens was the only doctor that would listen to me. I was passing out frequently and no other doctor could diagnose me. He figured it out and got me on a treatment plan. He also has helped with advice involving work and is very kind but direct. I trust this man with my life.

He is an excellent electrophysiologist who deeply cares about his patients. His expertise in diagnostics, treatment plan and his follow-up is phenomenal. I travel 60 miles to be his patient and I would choose no other.

I was dead for about 45 minutes and dr Stavens brought me back, that was 3 1/2 years ago and I see him every 6 months. He is not only one of the best doctors you can get but also is a genuinely nice guy. My opinion is that there isn’t another heart doctor who can compare with him.

Dr. Stavens is the best doctor I have ever been to. He listens to his patients, is a terrific diagnostician, devotes time with each one and actually cares about his patients like they are his family members.
