Fast Pace Health Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Tuesday October 12, 2021 was my 3rd time here. The other 2 visits were for the Rapid Covid Test. I had the test again but as long as I was here I had them treat me for a lung, bronchitis, sinus thing I have. I called before I went in because it's hard to say what policies places are following. They have always been extremely polite, kind, professional, & explained everything to make sure I knew what I was supposed to do. You can pre-register online. There's also a place to schedule a time. It's not a guaranteed appointment time but if they are really busy at that time I believe they will let you know. Nobody wants extra people in waiting rooms since Covid. I'm sure that I was in & out in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Fast Pace Health Urgent.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly when I used their services. The building was absolutely clean as well! I know it must be a difficult job, but the staff at Fast Pace does their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely use this facility again.

Verry professional and caring to me took their time to listen to me and analyze what I had going on I recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to Fast Pace for a few years whenever I am feeling under the weather. They have always exceeded expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff

I visited this facility to complete a non-DOT, pre-employment drug screen on three separate occasions during their normal business hours as posted. Each time the facility was closed. Tuesday morning there was a handwritten notice on the door stating there was an emergency, and the clinic would be closed for the day. This was understandable due to the circumstances in the surrounding communities. The hours posted both on the door and online included Saturdays. I arrived on Saturday to find a new notice hanging on the door, which stated this location was no longer open on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. I arrived today to find yet another notice posted to the door. This notice was typed, stating the clinic was closed due to unforeseen circumstances and would re-open during normal business hours the next day. I am a traveling healthcare worker who works overnight shift. I have a limited number of days between assignments to accomplish this simple task. I highly doubt this facility will be open "on the next business day" as it purports, because the clinic seems to be constantly closing. Now I have to go into work an hour late in order to drive an hour into Kentucky to complete this urine drug screen assuming I can obtain the new authorization in time! I wouldn't waste your time driving to this particular location. I'm honestly not sure I'll ever visit a Fast Pace Health Urgent Care again.

Very friendly got to the issue

Every-time we show up to get help or checked, they dismiss us. We went for a ear infection and didn’t get help to treat it they just told us to go to an ENT. Last time we went they told us to go to our home doctor to make sure we get what we need instead of helping us right then and there. I’m tired of not getting help when I ask. That’s why they are their is to help.

I always feel like they take care of me and my children for the many times we’ve unfortunately had to come in. Hollie is super sweet and friendly, the nurse practitioners are always knowledgeable and take the time to figure out what’s wrong. I would recommend going here over anywhere else in town Update! I’ve been a couple more times since then, and the level of care has been phenomenal each time! Still continue to go here.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are very understanding with us that can't get the tech stuff right yet. 😆
