I went into Dr. Ferguson's office as a new patient after experiencing difficulty with the peripheral vision in my right eye. After numerous tests, Dr. Ferguson was quite concerned with what he was seeing behind my right eye and urged me to go directly from his office to get an MRI. As it turned out I had a large pituitary tumor which was pressing on my optic nerve and clamping my peripheral vision. Thanks to Dr. Ferguson, I had the tumor removed before it caused any permanent damage. Since surgery my right eye has been showing tremendous signs of improvement - without Dr. Ferguson I'm certain my vision would have been impaired. Can't say enough great things about his care and the level of service I received.

Staff very friendly when you walk in. Dr Ferguson friendly & takes his time & answers all questions. Insurance change prevented me from seeing him for a few years but back on insurance taken by him again! Looking forward to returning! Sandy Lindsey

I enjoy the staff and the service I receive from Dr. Ferguson. I have received nothing but great quality service from him when it comes to my eye care. I have had multiple styes on my eye lids and let me say it was so bad that, my job was against me, but doctor had my back my eye was so swollen like Rocky hit me in it and infected. Thanks again everyone Mrs J

I came in with two insurance and they where not able to split the billing so that both insurances covered there allowed amounts/ then on top of that I was charged 380.00!!! Having two insurances that’s insane! I called to get an explanation of benefits and was told I was issued a 10.00 refund in my ex husbands name !! In which he cashed.. I’m appalled on how unprofessional this was as he is not under and of my paperwork but was issued my refund. Dr is nice but the billing and refund is totally needing to be trained on a process. I will NEVER RETURN.

MY ENTIRE FAMILY WEARS GLASSES AND WE ALL WERE PATIENTS OF DR. FERGUSON! HE AND HIS STAFF ARE ABSOUTELY FANTASTIC! YES....EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE! HE'S A CHRISTIAN, LIKE US, SO IT WAS ALWAYS FUN TO TALK WITH HIM! SO KNOWLEDGABLE, PLEASANT, POLITE AND WELL DRESSED! I AM CRYING BECAUSE WE MOVED BACK TO ILLINOIS, SO WE CAN NO LONGER GO THERE. HOWEVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS OFFICE! YOU WILL BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF! THANKS AND GOD BLESS!!!?
