I've left a review before and I'll do another, because this practice is awesome. The whole staff from the receptionist to Dr. Ramirez! Always will find my sick kiddos an opening to be seen and routine appointments go smoothly as well. Thanks again!

I went in with my mom to for support because after my grandmas passing doctor offices give her anxiety. I was sitting in the empty lobby after them taking my mothers weight and pressure because I couldn’t be in the room which wasn't a problem as I realized they are bilingual upon walking in. What upset me was how the Doctor made my mom feel and some of the things the doctor said. Mom expressing her concerns for anxiety: Doctors response “ from anxiety no one dies “ 1 nurse or worker (not sure of the role) was also being rude because my mom seemed uncomfortable. I had no choice but to explain that my mom gets anxiety from doctor appointments, She looked at me with bold eyes & didn’t say anything. I don't have anxiety but this place also made me feel uncomfortable so we left as soon as we could before the appointment ended. The experience was with Dr, Ramirez, I don’t know remember nurses name. So I apologize to any other nurse that doesn’t act this way that works there. Never experienced anything like this, as I got home and talked to friends in the medical industry, I realized how not okay this experience was to let slide so making this review to hopefully avoid this situation from happening to future patients who need help. .

My children, husband and I have been Dr Susie's patients for about 19 years. We love her, she is the best. Every time we needed care we have been able to see her and sometimes the same day.

Dr Susy is the best!! My family and I have known Dr for 18 years. She is very caring, respectful, personable. All of my children see her and she is the ONLY doctor I trust for all of our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The BEST doctor! Any bad reviews are just lies!! 10/10 recommended, very caring and respectful for each and every patient! Her Spanish is also perfect and her staff is amazing! :)

No one cares more about her patients than Dr. Ramirez does. Her dedication never ceases, I will ALWAYS recommend her!! Her staff is just as wonderful!!!
