He was very attentive and down to earth. He was sensitive to my anxiety disorder. I had no problems regarding scheduling issues. The waiting area a has a television that’s loud. The office is a good size with a rail to assist in moving about for tests and assessments. The building is a little difficult to get to but all of his staff are nice. I would highly recommend him for special Eyecare needs.

This office has never been the same since Dr, Deen passed away. The current Dr, Gross is always in a hurry and has no patience for you. The staff needs to retire and get a new group......don't care to go back

I had never been a patient but needed to be seen quickly as I had injured my eye. Dr squeezed me in and saw me within hours. He and his entire staff were so accommodating and friendly. Extremely grateful.

I had an retinal tear in my left eye,been to three Optimoligest . I'm extremely claustrophobic . This created issues with other attempts ....I was referred to Dr. Gross . I'm so Thankful I went to him . All I know is : I was Blind in my left eye .Now I see !!!! Highly Recomend Dr Gross ,Thank you !

When I needed cataract surgery, I was recommended to Dr.Gross. He was very clear about the procedure and very calming the day of surgery! Definitely recommend him!

First and LAST TIME AT THIS PLACE. This doctor got mad because he was shinning that bright light in my eye. I am very sensitive to light and kept blinking. ONE time I removed my chin from chin tray , he got so mad he grabbed the back of my head and pulled it down onto the tray and told me not to move again. He is very hateful and I almost told him you don't touch me nor do you treat me like some ignorant fool. I will NOT ever go back to someone this rude . My first time ever with a doctor that had no class and had a horrible uncalled for temper
