I found Dr. Nelson to be a very personable, efficient, and professional by providing care plan options. He reviewed all tests results by technicians and conducted specific tests to further diagnose. I got work done by a surgeon in San Diego and wasn't completely satisfied with the results so the second time around I wanted to make sure I found a Dr. that I felt would achieve the look I wanted. I did lots of research and read reviews and settled on three surgeons that I liked. I met the first two and they were nice enough, but the moment I walked through the door of Dr. Nelson's office I knew this was the place for me. Audrey and Leslie at the front were very nice and welcoming and throughout the entire process did a great job following up and reminding me of appointments.  Meeting with Dr. Nelson we talked about what I wanted, and he took the time to explain to me my options and what he recommended. Very easy to talk and he tells you like it is which is important when it comes to setting realistic expectations.The day of the surgery I was nervous because this was going to be a procedure where I was awake the entire time instead of being put under like I was the first time around. When I got to the office Cristina and Dr. Nelson did a great job of helping to settle my nerves and the surgery itself ended up being a breeze.Now I waited 6 months to write this review because I wanted to give me body time to heal so I could write an unbiased review. All I can say is THANK YOU to Dr. Nelson for a stellar job. After getting the surgery done once prior and still not being happy with the results, I was hesitant to put myself through that experience again. I couldn't be happier with the end results. Dr. Nelson and Cristina did a fantastic job, and my only regret is not coming here the first time around.

I am very pleased with the results from my neck liposuction. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Nelson did not sell me a dream but rather gave me an idealistic picture of what to expect. Needless to say, I am very happy with the results. I can't believe that I waited so long to take care of my double chin. I felt that his prices were very fair as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson. I will be going back to utilize his other specialties.

I came out of town to see Dr. Nelson, after seeing multiple doctors I couldn't be happier with my choice!! Dr. Nelson is an expert and an amazing artist!! He took his time to explain in detail all my concerns!! He's honest and lets you know any questions you may have! His years of experience made me feel I was in great hands! Also, I noticed that his an excellent artist and for me anyone that does plastic surgery should have some kind of creativity because sculpting the body it's art! I feel confident to put myself in his hands!!

Dr. Nelson is one of the most skilled, ethical physicians in the business.  He has worked on me at least 5 times with exceptional results.  He's honest about realistic results and will only recommend procedures that will make a difference vs those where he could 'make a buck' (like other cosmetic surgeons might!).  So you can count on him for excellent and honest feedback, exceptional surgical skill (face and body) and overall value.  His staff is also knowledgeable, well trained and pleasant.  If you're exploring plastic surgery in this area, definitely include Dr. Nelson!!

I have been going to Dr. Jeffrey Nelson since 2012 and he is my "secret weapon" :)) I am asked all the time about how I stay so young in appearance and he is the reason! He truly cares for his clients and gives his full attention to you during your visit. The lovely Christina, one of his assistants, is also amazing! I highly recommend Dr. J Nelson :)

Oftentimes a sculptor's work Is the physical manifestation of his personal vison.  True professionals invest the time and effort to fully understand the desires, and concerns, of their customer.  I would assume this is even more challenging when the medium is the human body and the customer is also the canvas.  Dr. Nelson is a true professional in the art of cosmetic surgeries.  I have been Dr. Nelson's patient for several years of minor cosmetic procedures.  During this time, he listened carefully to my thoughts on my body's aging and my aspirations.  I decided to get a breast and tummy augmentation (mommy makeover) 5 months ago. Dr. Nelson guided me through the process by first understanding my personality and my needs.  He masterfully coupled this understanding of me as a person with his anatomical expertise of the human body.  In truth, he envisioned what I wanted beyond what I could articulate.  I trusted Dr. Nelson completely.  He exceeded my expectations.He and his staff did what was right for me.  Nothing more, nothing less.  I feel great about myself and my decision to trust Dr. Nelson.  The results have far surpassed my expectations.

Only reason why they're getting 1 Star is because Dr. Nelson was informative and professional. Otherwise it'd be 0 stars. Dr. Nelson, your front office staff just earned you this bad review. I called to ask for information regarding closing my gauges. Of course the lady I spoke to on the phone said "we can't be sure unless you have a consult." Understandable. When I then asked absolute worst case scenario, most expensive case she then said "it ranges from $350 to $750. The latter being the max" I asked "per ear?" She said "No. for both ear lobes." She told me this after I had mentioned my gauge size and that my ears were definitely NOT worse case scenario. She confirmed that $750 would be the max. I agree to a consult. Drive 45 minutes across town. Pay a $50 non-refundable fee, only to be told that it was instead gonna be $1,900. Lady in the front could only say "yeah, I'm sorry, every case is different blah blah blah. You want to talk about running a scam? Here ya go! Just thought I'd share my experience.

In May of 2019, I had a face and neck lift performed by Dr. Jeffrey Nelson. He recommended a chemical peel and also a little bit of work on my eyelids. I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery. I have received numerous compliments from friends and acquaintances. However, I believe the best comment was when my daughter said, "Mom, you look like I remember you looking when I was growing up."Dr. Nelson spends all the time you need to understand your procedure beforehand. He and his office staff are available as the healing proceeds after surgery.
