I came in to ER with low breathing problems. Everyone was so caring and kind. Jeff the PA was great about what I needed Asap and had me admitted. Everyone on nurses staff radiology lab has been really great. Thank you to Dr S.for taking are of me and finding answers. Getting my breathing up. You guys are amazing

I took my 10 month old son to the emergency room cause he spiked a fever of 104.1 and all they did was check his temperature, gave him Tylenol and then sent us home! The nurse that let us into the hospital was rude and said she was going to have my fiancé arrested because he told her she should smile and act like she likes her job. We ended up driving straight to Altus emergency room and found out my son was dehydrated, has a virus and needed antibiotics! Never again will I go there. Id rather make the 40 minute drive to Altus then ever go there again. Also waiting for someone to open the door after having to ring a bell to get into an emergency room is ridiculous and gunna get someone killed one day!

Nurses are rude like they hate their life their emergency entrance has a button u have to wait five minutes for them to appear so u might die if it’s emergency and woman last name Hendrix was the worst one of all with the attitude problem

I had emergency surgery Thursday for my appendix removed only stay one night they need to come in every hour to check someone's input and output

The ER doctor didn’t listen to us or my daughter and when I went to ask him questions the other dr decided he going to chime in when it was not concerning him and treat me like I’m a child! This Dr Fitzgerald told me to go back to my room cause I was causing a scene when he was the only one causing a scene! If that’s how he thinks he treat all other adults he is wrong and he was obviously bothered that I was a female with pink and black hair with tattoos that was clearly disobeying him when I said I would not be talked to in that manner and that he would show me respect and that he’s not my daughters dr and I didn’t want or need his input when I’m talking to her dr right here well that disturbed him so much he called for security and I laughed at him and called him cry baby scared of a woman who has pink hair big tits and who ain’t scared of him his jaw dropped and his face got red and walked away cause he was at a loss for words. I’m sorry but I’m not going to be talked to in that manner by anyone I don’t care what status they hold!
