Dr. Hughes has been my doctor for the last 15 or so years. He's very friendly, explains everything he's doing, answers any questions you have in great detail with you being able to understand what he's saying. The ladies are all very nice when helping you pick out frames and going over insurance! Highly recommend!!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They know you by name when you walk in the door. They very understanding and accommodating with my child with autism. It's a great place for the whole family to get eye care.

Extremely professional yet they still make you feel like family. They go over what your insurance covers, and all the frames have prices on them. Which helps a family of 6 stay on budget. Always pleased.

The staff is amazing, Dr.Hughes always goes up and beyond to help you, I have angle closure glaucoma and had no idea I had it. Dr.Hughes found it, he diagnosed and sent me to have a procedure the next day. Due to increased pressure in both eyes, it was his expertise and quick treatment plan that turned what could have been a serious eye condition into 4 procedures later my pressure is finally stable. His staff is amazing always there for my many questions and always return your phone calls in a timely manner. I would recommend highly. Definitely 5 star Optometrist. Absolutely wonderful. I've been a patient of Dr. Hughes for nearly 40 years. I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is always friendly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, and I feel so at ease with Dr. Hughes. I have retina issues and the increased risk of glaucoma. He is always willing to take time to answer any questions I may have in terms I can understand. I feel I get the best care possible. It's worth the drive from Fort Wayne knowing he's looking out for my eye health.
