Calm, confident, efficient. Same with his staff. My brain surgery went as smoothly as I could possibly imagine, and the staff working under Dr. Cohen were tremendous at filling me in with all the answers I needed.

Dr. Cohen is simply fantastic. I had a large pituitary tumor (over 4cm) that was diagnosed in August. I met with a local neurosurgeon who, upon reviewing my MRI, stated he was not comfortable operating due to the growth, placement, etc. I was referred to Dr. Cohen who reviewed my scans and gave me reassurance that he could help and could remove a large majority of my tumor. I was scheduled for surgery within 2 months of diagnosis. He essentially held my hand every step of the way. He was in the surgical recovery room when I woke up to see how I was doing, there was a member of his team checking on me every day. I truly cannot say enough how thankful I am for his skilled hands and I would highly recommend him. Very kind, very gentle and soft spoken, excellent bedside manner and very truthful, you can tell he wants the best possible outcome for his patients but is not willing to put their health or life at risk.

I would recommend Dr. Aaron A. Cohen-Gadol. He is a very caring doctor. He explains things to you and will do the best that he can. I appreciate everything he has done for me. Thank you for a great job on my surgery.

Dr Aaron Cohen-Gadol is a wold class surgeon and human being. I"ve never met a more caring doctor in my life, if you ever need a Neurosurgeon please call him. He saved my life.

Dr. Cohen saved my life. I was about to give up and check out. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to treat the compression from Trigeminal neuralgia. I am 90 days postoperative and no pain. Thank you for saving me. God bless you and your skilled hands .

We traveled over 500 miles to see Dr. Cohen. We had such high hopes but we were very disappointed. In addition, we payed for the appointment out of pocket as my insurance doesn’t cover out of state care. He seemed dismissive and disinterested. Based on his reviews this doesn’t sound like his normal approach, so maybe he was having a bad day. Still…I left in tears and felt so unvalidated.

Dr. Aaron Cohen-Gadol performed surgery on me and the results were excellent. I regained my full eyesight and have not had any issues. Him and his staff have always been professional, courteous, and caring before the surgery and through the follow up visits. I would definitely recommend him.
