List of Aaron T. Ludwig's Reviews
I’ve been Dr Ludwig’s patient for over five years. He has really been great at communicating various treatment options and explaining test results. Excellent physician
Came in with lower pelvic pain and trouble urinating, severe lower back pain, sent home with no clear diagnosis and from what I gather no plan of action. Pain level of 8 not addressed or ignored. I guess he got his money for the scope and he was done. Doesn’t seem very thorough. Would not recommend. So now it’s back to the ER until someone actually knows what they’re doing
Got a receptionist named Jessica who demanded that I discuss my medical conditions with her in order to schedule an appointment. What a joke!!! I only discuss my medical concerns with a DOCTOR!! She ended up hanging up on me. This place is a total joke, call a real doctor folks!!!
My husband had surgery and we submitted forms to the doctor to be filled out. That paperwork had to be submitted to the company who would be handling his disability. They would be paying my husband during his disability period. But due to his nurse being off work, someone else was supposed to be handling her work. However, no one did and the proper paperwork needed for him to be paid, was not submitted. So my husband didn't receive a paycheck. Now if they don't get it sent, we could end up not getting paid again. We can't afford to miss one paycheck, let alone two. Highly incompetent and unprofessional. But I assure you, they sent us a bill and expect it paid. Very unhappy.
Dr. Ludwig, at Urology of Indiana, has been my urologist for several years now and I'm very happy with him. He is located close to Naab Road and Ascension St. Vincent Hospital on 86th Street. Parking isn't an issue with a large, free parking lot and the building is wheelchair accessible with automated door buttons. Scheduling appointments are easy, wait times on phone and in waiting room is normally short. The office environment is comfortable and the staff is friendly, efficient and responsive. They offer pre-registration, which I highly recommend, as it saves time at your appointment. The office requires face masks and follows all the Covid-19 safety guidelines. Dr. Ludwig is professional but comfortable and amiable. I had a surgical procedure 3 years ago and it went very well. He is respectful, listens well, explains procedures so I can understand and answers all my questions. He always spend an appropriate amount of time at my appointment and doesn't seem rushed. I'm having another procedure in 3 weeks and trust him totally. And those who are interested in his credentials here are the highlights. He joined Urology of Indiana in 2010. Dr. Ludwig graduated with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in Biology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City. He completed his internship and residency in Urology at Scott & White Hospital, Texas A & M Health Science Center in Temple, Texas. He is affiliated with Ascension, St. Vincent Hospital and Hancock Regional Hospital. He sees patients in many offices around the Indianapolis Metro areas in addition to offering two integrated Cancer Center for Prostate Cancer. If you need a Urologist I recommend Dr. Ludwig and pre-register to save time.

This clinic is run horribly. The office manager Joy is unresponsive and unkind. Dr. Ludwig and his nurse Cindy are equally awful to deal with. My father has been in Awful pain and they have no bedside manner nor expediency with getting him scheduled. Dr Ludwigs nurse Cindy refuses to return my calls and just keeps telling me that Dr Ludwig won’t get back to her. There is no regard for patient care with these two. GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here!
Best urologist in Indianapolis, all doctors and staff friendly and understanding ,compassionate and always know what to do and very cautious of thier procedures and does what it takes to fix. All Doctors there are very good . Call them if your having urology problems.
Dr. Ludwig was excellent. He patiently answered our questions and explained potential procedures. I would highly recommend him

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
