Terrible. Used curse words on the office a bit unprofessional. I wanted to see if I could have kids do to me having Klinefelter. His nurse took my blood just to tel me my testosterone levels. What a joke

My wife and I are still waiting to hear back from this office in regards to analysis and test results completed November 21, 2022. We have attempted to reach out to this office multiple times and have left multiple voicemails and yet still no communication back.

My wife and I owe our ability to start a family to Dr. Tatem. I cannot say enough about his medical knowledge and capabilities. I went to Dr. Tatem for a 2nd opinion on my infertility condition, for those reading, please strongly consider him for your 1st opinion. I wish I had. He identified the problem my wife and I have been trying to solve with other medical professionals for months, and in a matter of 2 weeks I was having surgery and it was successful! His knowledge and compassion for helping his patients has changed our lives. I cannot express enough how thankful my wife and I are for Dr. Tatem and his team. Nurse Paul that works with Dr. Tatem is wonderful as well!

Prior to Dr. Tatem, I was seeing a different Dr. for infertility treatment of Azoospermia, but I felt like I was being put on a generic infertility track (3mo. Clomid > mTESE). So, I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Tatem, as the mTESE was not an option for me (I have one testicle and it would be too invasive, possibly need hormone treatments for life). Dr. Tatem took a very personalized approach. He studied my charts, and evaluated my physical characteristics from a medical perspective, and concluded that I had a good chance at finding sperm because I likely had a blockage, not a production issue. For months, I thought I would never be able to have kids. Dr. Tatem changed all of that within 2 weeks. They scheduled me in quickly, and I proceeded with his recommended surgery, Testicular Biopsy for Sperm Retrieval. When I woke up received the best news of my life. He was right: they found plenty of sperm for IVF. Without Dr. Tatem I would not be able to start a family.

We were referred to Urology of Indiana after my husband’s sperm analysis came back poor in all categories/not being able to conceive after 10 months. We weren’t familiar with any of the providers here so when asked which doctor we wanted to see, we did not care. We got scheduled with Dr. Tatem and could not be more THRILLED. He asked us questions to get to know us, answered every question we had, and did not make us feel rushed. He was energetic, refreshing, real, and informative. We feel so lucky to be under his care!
