I was her patient for 2.5 year. Dr. Case is a very nice human being who really wants to help her parents. She is knowledgeable with a lot of experience. She never pushed me for IVF although in my case it was necessary and maybe should have been more direct. Their lab facilities should be modernized. I am happy with our result though.

She was nice but unless you are ready to get IVF, she has no idea how to help you and will do little to help you figure out why you can't get pregnant or help you get pregnant naturally, she just referred me to someone else and brushed me off.

After 7 agonizing years of trying to conceive through various fertility treatments, we were finallly told IVF was our only option. Dr. Case was upfront about our chances of success with IVF and very knowledgeable regarding our specific challenges. She can come off as somewhat uncompassionate or standoffish at first. I quickly learned she is not. She is the best at what she does and quickly gets down to the business of helping you have a baby. Through the 6 years of helping us build our family, Dr. Case was by our side for 3 rounds of IVF, 1 devastating ectopic pregnany and several frozen embryo transfers. We have been blessed with 2 beautiful boys thanks to Dr. Case and her incredible staff. Jackie McVee who is the head nurse is also amazing. She knows you by name and is always willing to help or answer any questions you might have. She was quick to call me back at home one evening when I was freaking out about a situation. I fondly remember the moment Dr. Case hugged me in the ultrasound room after she told me I was pregnant! This meant a lot after all we had been through with her. Dealing with the stress of infertility is very overwhelming and I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Case and her staff. Ironically, I actually missed my visits to ARTUS and seeing Dr. Case and her staff after our family was complete. I was never treated like a number and everyone knew you by name. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Case in Saskatchewan. I would highly recommend her to help you fulfill your dream of becoming a parent!

A great doctor and a kind person. She is the reason I got pregnant.

I saw Dr. Case for infertility. It seemed to take a bit of time to get things going with testing, but once they did things moved along quickly. I appreciated how thorough she was in the testing and was thankful my fertility issue was easily solved. She is "all business", but is compassionate when she needs to be and very reassuring. We did 4 cycles of clomiphene before becoming pregnant. After I became pregnant she continued to be fabulous - I had some discharge at 5 weeks and I was able to get an ultrasound with her the same day. Also, when I had to have blood redrawn for the Harmony test she made time to consult with my about my risk factors and even offered to do another ultrasound that day. The second time I had to have blood redrawn she made time to come see me while I was having the blood drawn to ensure I was fine considering I was anxious after the first redraw. She is great for those with infertility and transitioning to an OBGYN.

We saw her over the course of five years, and now have three beautiful ICSI children. She was compassionate when I wept in her office, and level-headed about all practical matters. I am so, so glad we got in to see her when we did. She's amazing.
