Simply, the BEST! Dr. Sprunger is thorough, an excellent listener, an engaged physician and a kind human being. He is dedicated to quality and compassionate care. I moved out of state and STILL return to see him because of his consistent excellence! Staff is great too!

Dr Andrew B Sprunger is not just a good medical doctor but he is great. If he does not know initially what is wrong with a patient, he will keep going to find out. First, I love Dr. Sprunger, this review has nothing to do with him, other than he’s great! However, the front office staff aren’t very friendly and I had to see his NP for my appointment to get in sooner and she was so rude! She rushed me and literally huffed and puffed throughout my entire appointment! I was stressing for 5 days because of something I found on my body, was really nervous and anxious and she just seemed annoyed. Won’t be scheduling an appointment with her again!

Nothing has gone right with this doctor for over 4 months. Most noted is the unprofessionalism and staff. The violations of ethics is beyond the pale.

Dr. Sprunger has been my elderly mother's primary care physician for over 10 years. He's one of the reasons she'll be 99 years old in a few months and is in good health. My Mom responds very positively to his friendly, helpful, and gentle bedside manner.

Dr. Sprunger was my provider from birth up until I moved out of town. He is educated in his field, and he will refer you to a trusted specialist if there is a specialized issue you need. He makes you feel very welcomed and like he genuinely cares for your well-being, mentally and physically, unlike just a patient he wants in and out quickly. I would 100% recommend Dr. Sprunger if you are searching for a new family physician.

DO NOT TRY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS PRACTICE ON MY CHART! Even though it's clearly written, schedule an appointment, pick your provider, reason for visit, location and PICK YOUR TIME AND DATE! What a joke. My son scheduled his appointment through MYCHART, Verified and Scheduled, uploaded his insurance card, took off work to get there only to be told it was not in the SYSTEM! They also DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES! FORGET CALLING! FORGET THIS PRACTICE. Horribly unorganized. Also, they will kick you out of the practice if you skip a year between physicals! We have made 15 calls to this practice only to get a voicemail over and over. Very frustrating. The doctor is great, however. Too bad he doesn't know how his front office is being run.
