Worst doctor experience I have ever had in my life. I'm 63 I've had lots of doctor experiences. This by far is the worst.

This doctor also has a practice at 1910 North Arlington Avenue 46219. She and her Harcourt Road staff are extremely rude. After waiting 2 weeks for my test results I had to call them to find out my test results. I was on the phone for 3 minutes And charged a $150. Do not seek treatment with this woman. I did not speak to a doctor I spoke to a physician assistant I've never even met This doctorAnd I've been a patient there for 8 months.

Very knowledgeable. Easy to schedule.

Have recovered from a malignant melanoma, there isn’t anyone I trust my skin with more than Dr. Dinneen. I see her twice/year, and she does skim checks for my wife and two kids. Highly recommend!

worst healthcare experience i've had in a long time. she didn't talk to me, she was rushed and used a spray on my face without asking and then charged me for it and never diagnosed the spot that was on my face - which is still there, so i am seeing another physician to make sure it isn't anything I should be concerned about.

READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE MONEY $$I went to the doctors office — dermatologist named Annette Dinneen, I went there to get some facial treatment. I am sitting in the patient room with her, BE CAREFUL about the following.She wouldn’t stop talking like she didn’t care about me, she would’ve let me SPEAK at all. She said that I had few problems which could be do Easily resolved. Let’s skip the boring part— she tells me that I may need to take pills with SIDE AFFECTS. She also had a nurse with her that gave us an sample of medicine. When asked for the Estimated PRICE her nurse said I DON’T KNOW but she DID KNOW and tried to lie.I found out that the medication costs around 1,000 DOLLARS. They lied because they get a commission. She told me that I could only get this medicine from a pharmacy called Willowbrooks pharmacy. They told me I can’t get the medication anywhere else. When asked about it, she said “I don’t know.”This is an ADVERTISEMENT not a dermatologist that helps, she is not the dermatologist to go.Go anywhere but here, you can save a LOT of money.

I've been going to Dr Dinneen for probably 10+ years. I realize she seems straight to the point, but I appreciate her style. She is the perfect combination of business and empathy. She listens well and seems to genuinely care for her patients.. I think she is quite brilliant in her profession! She's a top notch Dr!

I love Dr. Dinneen! I don't understand the negative comments here as I can't even think of a negative thing to say about her!! The staff also has always been incredibly accommodating and pleasant!!

The office looks good. However, the behaviors of the doctor we so bad I could not tolerate her and ended the appointment. She never greeted me. I was standing. So she opens the door and says, " I need you to sit in that chair right there". I was not comfortable with her after that. How rude.

I have been seeing Dr. Dinneen for a number of yrs and have been more than pleased. Yrs of excessive sun exposure have taken a toll on my skin. She keeps a watchful eye---has removed multiple suspicious areas. Recently, a spot I would never have thought needed attention, raised her concern. Thank God for her! It did turn out to be a malignant melanoma which has since been removed. She now has me on a 3 month visit protocol. Her staff: goes beyond what I consider standard in the areas of professional, efficient, kind, considerate. In spite of the reason for my frequent visits, it is made enjoyable by Dr.'s & staff's approach. Not once have I been there for an appt. & not seen Dr. Dinneen herself.
