List of Arnold Todd's Reviews
I love Dr. Arnold! He takes the time to listen to you and treats anyone who is serious about exercise as an athlete. He is throughout and thoughtful.
I met Dr. Arnold once with my initial visit and we discussed options for my torn hamstring, he recommended physical therapy for a month and we would see if there is improvement, if not we would look at imaging or other options. I started physical therapy the very next day with a therapist who was great to work with and I saw him for four appointments, once each week. The fourth appointment I discussed with my therapist the pain I was experiencing with my hamstring but mostly the area behind my knee and did not want to overdo it that day but also wanted to get his thoughts and see what my options were and if imaging was needed. He mentioned to email Dr. Arnold on the portal to discuss my condition and get his recommendations. I returned to work after therapy and emailed Dr. Arnold a detailed message about what I was currently feeling and asked to get his thoughts on the possibility of imaging to rule out any other issues. The next morning on my way to work I received a phone call from Dr. Arnold and we started discussing my email and my current condition. I could tell right away that he was annoyed or irritated and proceeded to make several remarks that (I feel as well as many others I discussed with) were inappropriate and unprofessional. This would include correcting me when I mentioned going to therapy for a month, him saying it had only been two weeks (not a big deal). He also mentioned that he reviewed my file and could tell that I was the type of person that wants to know every little thing wrong with me and if I want imaging we should go ahead and have my brain imaged too. At that point I had to get defensive with him and mentioned what he was saying was completely unrelated to my emailed questions and that he does not realize the amount of health issues I have been going through over the past year which he then said he commends me for taking these steps to better my health. I then mentioned that I wanted to see about imaging to rule out maybe a tear in my knee in which he proceeded to tell me he had lived with tears in both of his knees for over 20 years. We ended the conversation agreeing for me to return for two more weeks of therapy but after this conversation I could not return to him as my provider. It would be one thing if he were joking around but that is not the tone he took with me. I would not recommend Dr. Arnold based on this conversation alone and would be happy to discuss this further with Ascension. The therapist that I worked with was great and I would continue working with him to help with my goal of repairing my torn hamstring.I am not one to normally make a negative review or comment, but I am in the service industry as well and customer service is something I take very seriously, I feel that someone in his profession should conduct themselves in a more professional manner to help address concerns /needs from their patient. This conversation took place in October, it has still weighed heavily on my mind.
Dr. Arnold, his staff, and facilities Deserve 10 stars. As a runner, I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. My hamstring injury was rapidly diagnosed, treated, and I haven’t felt this good in months. Seriously, World Class Care!!!
Was awesome at diagnosing and fixing my daughter’s “knee” problem. Found and fixed the actual problem that was causing her to strain her knee.
You will not find a more sincerely enthusiastic, doctor who treats people with respect and genuine encouragement. He will provide a full explanation of what is happening in your body, and a clear roadmap of every step of healing along the way. He is supportive and practical and he understands his patients because he truly listens. He is a rock solid partner for athletes and patients of all types who want to heal and return to normal or better. He makes you feel empowered to participate in your recovery.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
