What an amazing place ACS has been for my son. His vocabulary, communication, social skills and coping skills have grown tremendously and he continues to make progress. Each staff member I've encountered has been so patient, kind and understanding no matter the situation. They truly have become like a part of our family.
This place is amazing. The growth in my son is just so amazing. Every single person in there is beautiful. They are so driven to giving him the best. The two women that keep him through out the day omg I love them. The word school use to give my son anxiety, the thought of him going gave me anxiety. So to be able to drop Kyrie off and he is happy when I drop him off he is happy when I pick him up. They send me videos. They keep me informed they really care and it’s evident and it shows. ❤️💙💛
I can honestly say that my son has blossomed during his time at ACS, there's no other way to put it. Since he joined, he has progressed wonderfully with the help of therapists who are genuinely invested in his progress and are great with keeping us up to speed and advising us on what to do when he's home. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Hornett, are also great to work with and make it clear that they are also very invested in my son's progress as well. In summary, ACS is a phenomenal center that I would recommend 110% 😊
My son has been attending ACS for a couple of years. Everyone loves him and we love his staff. His vocabulary has increased tremendously since being there. Everyone is always friendly, patient and kind. We've had a super positive experience.
The attention to detail, thoughtful programming, and sincere care provided to children and families at Autism Companion Services is exceptional. The founder of ACS is an autism mom who has painstakingly and lovingly devoted her life and expertise to the autism community. She has been a lifeline for me throughout the many stages of my ASD son's development, connecting me with resources and support. I cannot give a high enough recommendation for Autism Companion Services. Jane's help has been invaluable.
The most disappointing place I have ever seen in my life, for a place that is supposed to help parents. They made me switch my insurance from Caresource to MHS in order to start therapy with them. Before I started the process, I let them know that we would like a schedule from 8-5 since we both works and had issue to find a place with flexible hours. They promised us that schedule would not be an issue and once we change insurance they will get my son started as soon as possible. So I started the process and struggled for months to get insurance change since it was not yet the time of the year to change insurance. Insurance finally was changed in September after spending hours calling Medicare and caresource. My biggest surprised was The director herself who was the one that promised me to get my son started once we change insurance and time wouldn’t be an issue let me know at the very end that she couldn’t do it because they can’t do more then 8hours a day and she doesn’t have someone who will stay until 5pm. How can you trust an ABA center that can’t keep their promise ? Why wasn’t She transparent about the number of hours insurance would accept in the beginning ? Why putting a desperate parent that only need help for his son in this kind of situation ? WHAT BRING YOU CHILD THERE.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
