I am continuously impressed with IU Health! The staff here are friendly and attentive, never too busy to answer any question. The test process was very easy and I had my results and diagnosis within a couple of hours of returning the at home test device. IU Health is by far the best group of providers that I’ve ever worked with!

This place is an absolute disaster! They are rude, disorganized and impossible to reach. They don’t return phone calls and don’t care. You have wait months for service. I would look for another clinic if you need sleep apnea services.

This sleep disorder center was a NIGHTMARE. Agree with other reviews - really poor communication. Next steps are unclear and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the center because the call goes to some central line. First, was told I need a sleep study and will receive a call for options. Nothing for over a week. Second, I need to pick up the home sleep test and immediately return it the next morning. Who has time to keep taking days off to run these errands?? Third, you wait until you get called for the results. No idea what to do with the results since there is no guidance on options. No results sent to me. You have to set up another appointment with the doctor... and oh, it's going to be two months from now.

Horrible communication. Did sleep study in January and no one called me with results. It then took three months to get a doctor’s appointment. Once I finally got the machine it didn’t work. I would’ve been better off just guessing at how to use machine then the hour I wasted with a therapist supposedly learning how to use the machine.
