Dr. Jelen was very personable and very knowledgeable about my issues with my hip/pinched nerve. He listened to what I had to say and performed some examinations (after x-rays). He did not suggest surgery, shots or pain medications. He prescribed physical therapy. I thought this was wonderful.

How can you say anything bad about this guy ? He’s nice , thorough and this is his specialty ! My hip is SO much better ! My pain is gone ! My only complaint is my pain wasn’t controlled well post op but he did approve a refill on my medication and would have given me something stronger if I would have asked. He’s awesome so let him do your surgery with confidence !!

My experience visiting Dr. Jelen was excellent. He spent time talking through my history and my diagnosis. He showed me my imaging and talked me through why he was drawing certain conclusions. The time he took, care and attention was unprecedented compared to other doctors. He did not seem rushed at all. Also, he has great bedside manor. I could not have been more pleased with my visit to Dr. Jelen.
