My experience was top notch, the expertise of Dr Rougraff was apparent, and he ordered all tests needed to move forward. As a bonus, when my insurance declined to cover one of the scans, his staff stepped in (I'm assuming with a phone call) and the scan Dr Rougraff had ordered went from declined by insurance to approved within the span of a few minutes. The whole staff is quick and efficient. I like that if you need other tests done, they don't mess around (in my experience I was able to do all follow up testing Dr Rougraff wanted done on the same day). Overall, I would rate Dr Rougraff and his staff as top notch A+. I left there today feeling better than when I went in (without any type of physical treatment at this point) and that's a win in my book! I hope you don't need a Dr, but if you do need this type of specialist / expert, I would highly recommend Dr. Rougraff.

I have had two surgeries with Dr. Rougraff. He is an experienced and skilled surgeon. He is helpful with information, personable, and easy to talk to.

I’m very happy with Dr. Rougraff and his staff. I’ve been dealing with knee pain that effects daily routines and sleep, for a long time. I had seen 3 different orthopedic doctors, and finally on my fourth (Dr. Rougraff), I received the help and relief I’ve begged for.

Dr. Rougraff operated on my husband, Frank M. Bertoni on 7/3/20, which was a vacation day for him! He did a "perfect surgery" replacing his plastic lining, metal ball on his right hip (husband fell on floor 7/1) & cabled & clamped on the greater trochanter bone! EXCELLENT DR. WITH AN AMAZING BIO!! We are very blessed to have surgeons like he & his fellow surgeons in this area!!!

Every staff member, from check in, to nurse, to x-ray techs, to the doctor, was friendly, courteous, and attentive. I was seen in a timely manner, and I felt listened to and not rushed. Dr Rougraff was thorough and patient, and listened to my ideas with consideration. He was not at all bothered when I had questions or when I added my two cents about my condition or suggested possible reasons or treatments with regard to my hip pain. He looked at my x-rays and was very willing to let me look at them while he pointed things out. Dr Rougraff never made me feel like I was overstating my pain level, and I could see him thinking carefully about what to do next and how to best troubleshoot in order to get to the bottom of the reason for my hip pain. He considered the situation fully and offered up a plan to help with my pain relief by utilizing a process of elimination method in order to pinpoint the cause of my pain. Dr Ruegraff is personable, thorough, and patient, and I am very comfortable with the plan of action he recommended.

He was very informative and seemed very concerned about my issues. I had a very positive experience with him. Based on my issues, he was confident about me going to another doctor. He didn't jump into surgery like some other doctors do and sent me to the appropriate provider. I had a great experience with him.
