I have been seeing Dr Shukla for several years. I have low back pain L4 & L5 causing sciatica. Approximately every 5-6 months I see Dr Shukla and he injects a steroid into the nerves that transmits the pain. Within 24 hours I have complete relief. I have told many people how great he is, I can’t say enough great things about him.

he is the worst doctor, I went to him for the procedure called coolief, there was nothing cool about it, he burned my lower spine area, in two places. he could have cared less, it is all my fault of course. no water cooling, as explained, no pain reducing medication, offered but not received, no nothing, except burning like a clothing iron. if people give this doctor high marks, see relatives, it is fake. Dr. Shukla did an excellent job in my neck-pain injection procedure. Before we went back into surgery, he explained in detail what our two choices of approach were and decided which would be most beneficial. Because I was awake, he also warned me when something might hurt. When I had a complication of blood pressure dropping during procedure, whole team was quick to respond and attentive with care back in the exam room. I would go to him again if I needed more pain-relief injections. My main concern was that I had no information before going to the procedure, about what was involved: that it was more than a "shot", that I'd get an I.V., that you might want full sedation, that you might want to bring someone with you. It seems people are usually sent this information, but I did not. Those would have been factors in whether I'd get something done, especially if you can't be sure it will work.

My husband sees Dr. Shukla and I am to say this has been the best service, not to mention he has reviewed every possible things he could do to help my husband and his staff in his Avon is great also I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you to Dr. Shukla and his team we greatly appreciate you guys for the hard work and great effort you guys have gave us..
