I don’t know if Dr Bassom is just lazy, or if it is a problem with his ego, but I have never had such a difficult time with a primary care provider actually providing service. . From prescription refills to timely referrals, nothing is easy or seems to even be a priority for him. I will Never go back.

Dr. Basom was down to earth, listened to me without interrupting and adjusted to the style of care that fit my personality. Genuine guy with a sense of humor who honestly cares. The staff is not that great and seemed more bothered then willing to be helpful or pleasant.

I have greatly appreciated Dr Basom's care and would give him five stars were it not for the fact that his office seems to be against having patients altogether. Perhaps this is actually a review against MyChart. It's so very clunky and useless. The staff seem more like they want to shield him from us than help us. Either that or everyone I've met was new and clueless. It really is impressive how much they would prefer not to have human contact, which I think is the opposite of a healthy holistic approach to caring for people and keeping them healthy.

I was impressed to find a doctor who has common sense and wants to work with my medical philosophies and beliefs. Treats patient as an individual, very respectful, professional and has sense of humor. Seems to be very genuine, and down to earth. It was very comfortable like talking to your neighbor or co-worker. Took time with me, was not rushed at all and we had an open discussions which at least for me builds trust. Complete opposite of what I experienced with previous doctor. I trust this guy more after one visit then after 2 plus year with my previous doctor.

Dr. Basom is a very good listener and very good at explaining the path forward. I felt very comfortable with his level of expertise.

Dr. Basom is really a great doctor. He really listens to my concerns, what ever they may be. My concerns about my health, medications, or just everyday life. He listens. The only problem I have is the very long wait at the phone, sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes or more before someone picks up. And I can't leave a message about getting a refill so I have to wait for someone. If you do leave a message BEFORE noon, you don't get a call back until the next day. The nurses are great but I think the phone calls need to be a little quicker. God bless.
