Great place to help you regain yourself through.. proper medicine and a great support. Have u lost n hope and out of options. The staff is amazing like family warm and welcoming. Definitely great advocates to be support through your hardships and difficulties with sobriety with Dcs. They got me all way back in the right state of mind. When your sick and tired gets tired of being sick and tired you will do something about it. It takes push n drive.. n some help from Clean Slate

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I can honestly say this place has a huge role in my recovery. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff members and they all are so polite and helpful. If you are struggling with addiction and need help I would definitely look into Cleanslate. They are honestly here to help and really go above and beyond for their patients

These people are sad individuals. I was on the phone while they talk to my fiance like she was beneath them. Then when she tried to report them they try to cover it up and nothing was done. She been doing everything they ask and they still messing with her. When all she trying to do is get help. so sad

The staff here is so awesome. I highly recommend Indy East location. They are very understanding of what we go thru as addicts. An have a no judgement environment.

Clean Slate is a great place. I would recommend this place to anyone suffering from addiction. The people here are friendly efficient and genuinely care about your well being and recovery. If your thinking about getting clean call them and they can help. They have really helped me.
